Fender Jazz Bass 91, Ernie Ball Sterling Sub 5 Bass, Epiphone Les Paul Standard Pro, and a  Epiphone Les Paul Studio Midnight Vine Special.

Amplifiers
 

Mostly using VST amplification software such as IK Multimedia (Mesa Boogie Dual/Trip Rect., Ampeg SVT Bass amps, Soldano 100, etc.), Hartke 3500C Bass Amp, and a few other VST amplifications. 

Music DAWS
 

I only have FL Studios, but can work with other DAWS such as FMOD Studio (I just got to learn it).
