Sega Genesis Style Track
I like to make retro style games as well. I'm more fond to the Sega Genesis's FM drive, but I can do more like 8-bit, 16-bit SNES, so on!
PS1 Style Track
Doing music on 64-bit and actual live tracks are one of my favorites! Creating orchestral songs is quite fun to do.

I love this band. They are a influence to me on bass and guitar. Rokkinpo Goroshi is a very fun song to play!
I enjoy playing to real bands. It was my first way of learning songs. I taught myself to play by ear. Nowadays I can play by ear, tabs and sheet music.
Sonic The Hedgehog was one of the first games I fell in love with. The bass in their tracks really interested me.
Super Mario has some of the best music ever in history. The underground theme always got my attention the most.
I love to improvise on bass and play to modes, scales, and chord progressions. Sakura was all made up out of nothing, then became something... May make this one into a actual song!
Here is another funky jam I created. I was happy to finally get my first Fender instrument.
Note, I can play guitar and keyboard too. I just post my bass videos way more since it's my first instrument I mastered.

THIS IS ME
I'm Joseph K. Davis, a self taught composer and musician. I started playing music at the age of 14 with bass guitar, then started guitar at 19, keyboard at 25, and composing since 20. I have a huge interest to make tracks for video games. Why? because it was the biggest reason I played games growing up, and still to this day.

I will be willing to make almost any type of genre of music for video games.. but, if I had a choice to select what I would mainly prefer then it would be Funk-Rock-Metal-Techno-Industrial-Hip Hop. I'm a huge fan of 90s music, so I try to bring that back into tracks.
